Yesterday Lotte’s fiancée Cajus had his patella test – the German vet said that his patella is tight like a brick wall. So that is very good news and means we have green light. The German patella form is very thorough-examination is done standing and laying down.
So to stay in the theme of “tight and flex” I took all three dogs to physiotherapy today. Lotte had thrown herself in to a head roll whilst jumping a fence a while ago and Rumi has worried me a bit lately by walking with a stiff pace. So all the dogs for a check up and treatment. Rumi had a sore paw – and a very stiff back so she had laser therapy and I have instructions for home exercises. Lotte’s back and hind quarters were very stiff and tight – so a good round of massage and a bit of laser and we were off to a good rest.
All dogs had training yesterday so we sprinkle dinner with magnesium to recover and today rest of the day is a lazy day.
