Let’s say you have had your ways in love and marriage.. let’s say you have been unfortunate to fancy two men at once. Such a situation is enough to end up in dispair for even the better of women. Unless…..you are a breeder and have fallen in love with two Flatcoated boys for your wonderful (working) bitch.
When this colleague breeder told me about her warm feelings for the two boys concerned I immediately understood her vision and of course I was flattered because it involves my offspring. As a double mating is a positive move in terms of gene pool preservation – I think it is also really smart to consider for our breed.
As I am not the one to announce the litter plans – I will keep the names anonymous for now. But good news is – the bitch and the Flatastic male concerned have just had full eye examinations. Both ECVO and Gonio free. Such wonderful news. I am very much looking forward to 2026 now.
